Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel & return an order for a refund you may do so within 14 days of receiving the order. The purchaser is responsible for all charges associated with returning the goods to Barton Fields (Patio & landscape) Centre Ltd or the premises of our supplier for direct to site orders. Goods must be returned well packaged to avoid any damage in transit and must be in a saleable condition upon receipt, we reserve the right to reduce your refund for any goods damaged upon return to our premises.
